Because we love for you what we love for ourselves we tried our best to be as flexible as possible so you can enjoy a worry-free shopping experience.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

• We apply a No-Questions-Asked Returns Policy. If you don’t like what you receive you can return/replace it within 2 days of delivery date. You will only be charged for the second return/replacement delivery trip.

• We make every effort to only deliver orders in perfect condition but stuff happens! In case we delivered a wrong or defected product we will gladly return/replace it free of charge and you will not be charged for the second return/replacement delivery trip.

• We apologize from accepting any returns past the 2 days return period OR if product and/or packaging are not in their original mint condition. 

• If you had your product giftwrapped and want to return/replace it, no problem but kindly note giftwrapping charges are non-refundable.

 

WARRANTY

Because we stand behind what we sell and to give you complete peace of mind we offer our own THE RAG BAG warranty against manufacturing defects, damage or mishandling on all our electronic devices. Please always check your product’s description for warranty period specific to that product.

In case of a warranty we will replace product free of charge. Refunding warranty products will only be made if replacement is not available in stock.

Warranty period starts from date of delivery and extends for the duration specified for each product in Product Details
