RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We apply a No-Questions-Asked Returns Policy. If you don’t like what you receive you can return it upon delivery with the delivery guy. We only kindly ask that you pay for the delivery fee.
We make every effort to only deliver orders in perfect condition but in case we made a mistake and delivered a wrong or defected product we will gladly replace it for you or you can return it and will not be charged anything for delivery.
We apologize from accepting any returns once the delivery guy leaves or if the product is not in its original condition.
If you had your product gift-wrapped and want to return it, you can but unfortunately we will have to ask you to pay for the gift wrapping service in addition to the delivery fee.
We also apologize from accepting returns of orders delivered by third-party service providers for logistical limitations.
Because we stand behind what we sell we offer a manufacturer’s warranty plus our own THE RAG BAG warranty against manufacturing defects, damage or mishandling on all our electronic devices. Please always check your product’s description for warranty duration specific to your product.
